Where your documents are stored

Your documents are stored in the United States.

What is stored there

All of this is stored in the United States, in Google Cloud's Iowa region (us-central1):

• Uploaded documents
• Signed and completed documents
• Signature images and certificate data
• Audit trail records and event logs
• Workspace records

Your account details (your profile, organization, team members and subscription) are held in Sydney, Australia.

Infrastructure

SignAndGo runs on Google Cloud Platform in Iowa, in the United States: our servers and your documents are both in the us-central1 region.

Backups

Database backups are taken daily and weekly and are stored in the United States only, alongside a seven-day point-in-time recovery window.

Encryption

• At rest: AES-256 encryption for stored documents and database records
• In transit: TLS encryption for all data transfers
• Signing links: a separate, time-limited signing link for each person

Services that run elsewhere

Some services run elsewhere, and our privacy policy lists them.

When a document is completed, the signed PDF is attached to the completion email, which travels through our email provider. Your workspace can switch the attachment off, and every party also gets a secure link to download it from our servers in the United States.
